Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 13 November, 2017, until 22:00 on 15 November, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Ashgrove Gardens North, from the eastern boundary of number 1 Ashgrove Gardens North, to the western boundary of number 15 Ashgrove Gardens North. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during Duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
