Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of left turn manoeuvres from Wellington Road on to the access road at Balmoral Business Park, from 09:00 on 30 October, 2017, until 06:30 on 31 October, 2017, and from 09:00 on 31 October, 2017, until 06:30 on 1 November, 2017. There will also be a prohibition of right turn or straight ahead manoeuvres from the access road at Balmoral Business Park on to Wellington Road from 09:00 on 31 October, 2017, until 06:30 on 1 November, 2017. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during carriageway repair works. An alternative route for all restrictions is available via Wellington Road northbound, Altens Roundabout, and Wellington Road southbound.
