Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary no-waiting on either side of Waterton Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with the Greenburn Drive and the southern boundary of number 97 Waterton Road, from 08:00 on 4 December, 2017, until 22:00 on 21 December, 2017.The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by Scottish and Southern Energy.
