Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 6th November, 2017, until 22:00 on 7th November, 2017 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Dunbar Street, Aberdeen, between the gable end of number 11 Dunbar Street to the gable end of number 73 Dunbar Street. The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
