Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers Under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, is to suspend the parking on the west side of Queen Street, Aberdeen, will be suspended from the south boundary of 29-31 Queen Street to a point 33 metres or thereby north of this boundary, from 07:30 on 2 October, 2017, until 24:00 on 11 October, 2017. Also, from 07:30 on 9 October, 2017, until 24:00 on 13 October, 2017, the existing one way restriction on Shoe Lane, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Queen Street, shall be suspended. From 07:30 on 11 October, 2017, until 24:00 on 23 October, 2017, Queen Street, Aberdeen, will be closed between its south junction with Shoe Lane and its junction with Poultry Market Lane. From 07:30 on 20 October, 2017, until 24:00 on 3 November, 2017, Poultry Market Lane, Aberdeen, will be closed between its junction with Queen Street and the south boundary of 31 King Street. These closures will not be in operation at the same time. Also, access to Marischal College car parks will be maintained at all times. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Aberdeen Heating and Power.
