Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 05:30 on 2 October, 2017, until 04:00 on 23 October, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the U56C Dyce Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with the A96 Inverurie Road and the U57C Wellheads Drive. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works associated with the new AECC. An alternative route is available via the A96 Inverurie Road and Airport Road.
