Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named orders in terms of its powers under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and any other enabling powers. The second order will suspend the waiting for any purpose on the lengths of road, listed in the schedule below, from 18:00 on 26 August 2017, until the time listed below on 27 August, 2017. Until 12:15 Beach Esplanade, between York Street and the Beach Ballroom; Beach Boulevard, between Links Road and the Beach Esplanade; Links Road, between the entrance to the Beach Ballroom and the Beach Esplanade. Until 14:15 Beach Esplanade, between the Beach Ballroom and King Street Until 14:00 King Street, between Regent Walk and A90, Parkway; Balgownie Road from A956, Ellon Road to Balgownie Crescent; Cottown of Balgownie for its entire length; Don Street, Old Aberdeen, from the Brig o' Balgownie to King Street; Harrow Road, for its entire length; Don Street, Old Aberdeen, between Harrow Road and St Machar Drive; Seaton Drive, between King Street and the east gable of 2 Seaton Drive; St Machar Drive, between Tillydrone Avenue and King Street; Elphinstone Road, for its entire length; Meston Walk, between Elphinstone Road and High Street; High Street, for its entire length; King Street, both sides between Don Street and Harrow Road. Also, the existing prohibition of right turn from Holburn Street, Aberdeen, on to Willowbank Road will be suspended between 04:30 and 17:30 on 27 August 2017. Also, during this time, the one way restriction on Exchequer Row, Aberdeen and Shiprow, Aberdeen, shall be suspended for the duration of this order. From 19:00 on the 26th August 2017, until 14:00 on the 27th August 2107, there will be a suspension of waiting for any purpose on King Street, Aberdeen, between Don Street and Harrow Road and on the existing pay and display arrangements on the south side of the Beach Boulevard, Aberdeen, between Hanover Street and Wales Street, shall be suspended. Also during this time, there will be a suspension all waiting for any purpose, with the exception of any waiting Taxi, on the south side of Langstane Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Hardgate and Bon Accord Street. This is to provide a temporary Taxi rank for this period. From 20:00 on 24 August, 2017, until 17:30 on 27 August 2017, there will be a suspension of all waiting for any purpose, including disabled bays, on Diamond Street, Aberdeen, between Union Street and Diamond Lane, and on the west side of Union Terrace, Aberdeen between its junctions with Union Street and Rosemount Viaduct.
