Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 21 August, 2017, until 24:00 on 25 August, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Hardgate, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Fonthill Road and the north boundary of number 181 Hardgate. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Openreach ductworks
