Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 21 August, 2017, until 24:00 on 25 February, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Victoria Road, Aberdeen, From a point forty metres or there by from its junction with St. Fitticks Road to a point seventy metres or thereby west of its junction with St. Fitticks Road.. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during for access to a temporary entrance to Marine Laboratory.
