Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 16 August, 2017, until 18:00 on 24 August, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Hayton Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Donbank Terrace and Donbank Place. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ground investigation works being carried out by Network Rail
