Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 14 August, 2017, until 22:00 on 25 August, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of School Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Dalmaik Crescent and Crown Place, and also on either side of Lochnagar Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with School Road and the boundary between numbers 7 and 9 Lochnagar Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Openreach works.
