Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 14 August, 2017, until 22:00 on 18 August, 2017 is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Logie Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Logie Terrace, and the boundary between numbers 28 and 28a Logie Place. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Logie Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Manor Drive and the boundary between numbers 28 and 28a Logie Place and also on either side of Logie Terrace, Aberdeen, between the junction with Logie Place and the boundary between numbers 27 and 29 Logie Terrace. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Openreach works. An alternative route is available via Manor Drive and Manor Walk.
