Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 until 22:00 on 27 July, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting Kaimhill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Auchinyell Road and Kaimhill Circle The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Scottish Water works.
