Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 17 July, 2017, until 22:00 on 21 July, 2017 is to impose a temporary one-way restriction on Caiesdykes Crescent, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 54 and 56 Caiesdykes Crescent to its junction with Caiesdykes Drive. The permitted direction of travel will be westbound only. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Caiesdykes Crescent, Aberdeen, from the gable end of number 62 to the boundary between numbers 54 and 56 Caiesdykes Crescent The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Openreach works An alternative route is available via Caiesdykes Drive, Cairngorm Drive, Caiesdykes Crescent, Caiesdykes Road and Buchanan Gardens.
