Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 62(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 respectively. There will be a one-way restriction imposed from 07:00 to 24:00 on 25 May, 2017 on Diamond Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Diamond Place and Ruby Lane. The direction of flow will be northbound. From 18:00 on 24 May, 2017 until 24:00 on 25 May, 2017, there will be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on the west side of Charlotte Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with St Andrew Street and John Street, except for buses associated with Robert Gordon College. And on the east side of Charlotte Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with St Andrew Street and John Street, except for vehicles of parents associated with Robert Gordon College for the purposes of dropping off and picking up only. Also, on Back Wynd, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Schoolhill and Union Street, except for taxis. There will be a prohibition of waiting on the following roads from 18:00 on 24 May, 2017 until 24:00 on 25 May, 2017: Crown Street from Union Street to Wellington Place Wellington Place, north side.
