Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 1 August, 2016, until 18:00 on 31 July, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Danestone Circle, Aberdeen, between two points 27m and 57m west of its junction with Kemp Street. The measure is necessary to protect public safety while a permanent order progresses.
