Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 0n 9 July, 2016, until 18:00 on 8 July, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Wingate Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Tillydrone Avenue and a point 27m in a westerly direction. The measure is necessary to protect public safety and to maintain traffic flow while a permanent order is progressed.
