Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers Under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

There is to be imposed a temporary prohibition of driving on Sugar House Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Commerce Lane and Trinity Quaywhich will operate from 08:00 4 August, 2014, until 23:00 24 August, 2014. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during building maintenance works. An alternative route is available via Regent Quay, Commerce Street and Commerce Lane.
