Type Of Event: The contained space will have 6 individual units selling various different types of food including, hot dogs, waffle sundaes, pizza, sushi and Dutch fries. This will be complimented by JCPF drinks unit that will provide soft drinks, cider, beer, prosecco, wine, cocktails and a limited selection of spirits. The Backyard space will have a modern theme and all tables will either have a canopy or parasol to prevent customers getting wet if it rains.
The catering and bar units will comply with all the legislative requirements and this will be discussed with Aberdeen City Council Environmental Health officers prior to opening. The operation will also be covered by a current public and employee liability insurance policy.
