February'17 has seen the total number of councils using tellmescotland rise to 31 with Aberdeenshire Council being the latest to adopt and implement the portal. Aberdeenshire Council has initially gone live with Licensing Notices and is now assessing requirements for implementing the portal for other types of notices.
