NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE APPROVED TAYplan STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN

 

 

Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Fife Council and Perth & Kinross Council, the TAYplan Strategic Development Planning Authority, hereby give notice that they have published on 18th June 2012 the TAYplan Strategic Development Plan as approved by the Scottish Ministers.

 

Copies of the Approved Strategic Development Plan (June 2012) and Scottish Ministers decision letter approving the proposed plan, as modified, are available for inspection at all public libraries in the TAYplan area (during normal opening hours) and on www.tayplan-sdpa.gov.uk

 

The said decision letter advises that Scottish Ministers decision is final, subject to the right conferred by Section 238 of the above Act, of any person aggrieved by the Scottish Ministers' decision to apply to the Court of Session within 6 weeks from the date of publication of the Plan, as modified, whereby the Court may quash the plan (in whole or in part) if it is satisfied that it is not within the powers of the Act or that the applicant's interests have been substantially prejudiced by a failure to comply with any requirement of the Act.
