The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (40 mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation and Amendment No 2) Order 2012 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Legislation Information
The order will:
Introduce a new 40mph speed limit on the B829 Aberfoyle, B818 Carron Valley, B998 Causewayhead, B8032 and Deanston Road, Deanston, B8033 Dunblane, B818 Fintry, B8033 Kinbuck, B822 Kippen and A873 Thornhill.
Amend the existing 40mph speed limit of the A811 Arnprior, A873, Blairhoyle, A821 Brig o'Turk, B821 Blanefield, A811, Buchlyvie and A891 Strathblane.
DETAILS can be examined at the Council's Offices, Environment Services, Viewforth, Stirling (room 315) during normal office hours for three weeks from 12-12-12.
Objectors must state their reasons in writing to Les Goodfellow, Head of Environment Services, Viewforth, Stirling FK8 2ET by 9-1-13 quoting reference number TM/6-SRO/2012(93).
