REGULATIONS 2011 - NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 17

 

Mixed use development compromising residential, primary school, community facilities, vehicular and pedestrian access, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure at land adjacent to Huntingtower and Ruthvenfield, Perth

 

An environmental statement has been submitted to Perth and Kinross Council by Savills Planning on behalf of The Pilkington Trust and Stewart Milne Group relating to a planning application in respect of the above development (ref. 15/00546/IPM)

 

Possible decisions relating to the application are:

(i)                 approval of the application without conditions;

(ii)               approval of the application with conditions;

(iii)               Refusal of the application.
