ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the East Ayrshire Council propose to make an order under section 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the road described in the Schedule hereto.

The title of the order is East Ayrshire Council (C24 Bonnyton Road, Kilmarnock)(Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 202-

A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the road over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the order are available for inspection online at www.tellmescotland.gov or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org. These documents are available for inspection from Tuesday 24 November 2020

Any person may, within 29 days from Tuesday 24 November 2020 object to the making of the order by notice in writing to Interim Head of Roads, Ayrshire Roads Alliance, Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1DD. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

C24 Bonnyton Road, Kilmarnock

The full width of the C24 Bonnyton Road from a point in line with the extended western kerbline of Dalmahoy Drive eastwards to a point in line with the extended eastern kerbline of Gleneagles Road (a distance of 92m or thereby)

All of which is shown saw tooth hatched on the plan (01) accompanying this Order.
