On 17/11/15 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Route U73 (from a point 50m north of Auchmillan Bridge (north) southwards to Auchmillan Bridge (south), Mauchline (except vehicles engaged on the Auchmillan Bridge (north) works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 09:00 hrs on 21/11/15 until 24:00 hrs on 16/01/16, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via U734, B7037 and U723 and vice versa.
