NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein –
Name of Road – McQueen Avenue, Cumnock
Affected Length of Road - from its junction with Car Road to its junction with Nan’s Terrace
Nature of Restriction - Road Closure
Period of Restriction - From 08:00 hours on Monday 5th October 2015 until 18:00 hours on Monday 9th October 2015.
Reason for Restriction – Scottish Water works.
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except for vehicles engaged in the works, emergency vehicles and vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road.)
Alternative Route:
Traffic should proceed via Car Road, Cairn Road, Nan’s Terrace, Forbes Avenue and vice-versa.
