NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of Road - Amlaird Road, Kilmarnock; and
Wardneuk Drive, Kilmarnock
Affected Length of Road - Amlaird Road: From its junction with Meiklewood Road to its junction with Wardneuk Drive
Wardneuk Drive: From its junction with Amlaird Road to its junction with Hareshaw Gardens
Nature of Restriction - Road Closure
Period of Restriction - From 06:00 hours on Monday 31st August until 18:00 hours on Friday 4th September 2015
Reason for Restriction - Carriageway Resurfacing
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except for vehicles engaged in the carriageway works or vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Alternative Route: Diverted traffic should proceed via Meiklewood Road, Todhill Avenue and Wardneuk Drive and vice versa.
