NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of Road - Clearmount Avenue, Newmilns
Affected Length of Road - From its junction with Mair Street to its junction with Huggin Craig Road
Nature of Restriction - Road Closure
Period of Restriction - From 06:00 hours on Monday 29th June until 18:00 hours on Friday 3rd July 2015
Reason for Restriction - Carriageway Resurfacing
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except for vehicles engaged in the carriageway works or vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Alternative Route: Diverted traffic should proceed via Mair Street and Huggin Craig Road and vice versa.
