On 01/07/14 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order. This Order will restrict the use of roads as stated below.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 07/07/14 until 24:00 hrs on 03/01/16 and will be implemented on the dates stated below and only when appropriate signs are displayed.
ROAD CLOSURES (with no local access)

Elmbank Dr, Kilmarnock – from Dick Rd westwards for 70m. To facilitate works for a new sewer installation.

Rennie St, Kilmarnock (both sides of road) – from No’s. 6/8 Rennie St to Elmbank Dr. To facilitate works associated with the new sewer installation.
From 00:01hrs on 07/07/14 to 24:00hrs on 03/01/16
B7081, Kilmarnock Rd, Crosshouse (north side of road) – from Woodbank Rd to B7064 (Dalespark roundabout). B7081, Kilmarnock Rd, Crosshouse (south side of road) – from opposite No’s. 51a/53a Kilmarnock Rd to B7064 (Dalespark roundabout). These restrictions also apply to the roundabout at Crosshouse Hospital. To maintain road safety during development works at the Hospital.

Riverbank Pl, Kilmarnock (both sides of road) – from Lawson St south-eastwards for about 25m. To promote the safe passage of traffic at this junction.
30mph Speed Limit
From 00:01hrs on 07/07/14 to 24:00hrs on 03/01/16
B7081, Kilmarnock Rd, Crosshouse & Irvine Rd, Kilmarnock – from existing 30mph speed limit at Crosshouse Hospital roundabout to the existing 30mph speed limit at Annanhill golf course, a distance of 1.127km or thereby. To maintain road safety during development works at the Hospital.
