The Council proposes to make the above named Order under the terms of Sections 1 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will introduce a 20mph speed limit over the entire lengths of the following roads: Aberfeldy Place, Ballochmyle Walk, Cumbuskeith Drive, Dumfries Drive, Dunottar Drive, Ferguson Gardens, Guthrie Terrace, Jean Armour Drive, Lochlea, Lochlea Wynd, Old Rome Drive and St Michael’s Mount.
