NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -

Name of Road - Nelson Street, Kilmarnock

Affected Length of Road - from its junction John Finnie Street to its junction with Bank Street

Nature of Restriction - Road Closure

Period of Restriction - From 09:30 hours on Sunday 16 November 2014 until 15:30 hours on

                               Sunday 16 November 2014.

Reason for Restriction - Carriageway Repairs

Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except for vehicles engaged in the works)

Alternative Route: Diverted traffic should proceed via John Finnie Street, Bank Place and

                           Bank Street, Kilmarnock
