NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-

 

Name of Road - A70 Park Terrace Lugar

 

Affected Length of Road - Both sides of Road From Lugar Water Bridge to the C23 Peesweep Brae

 

Nature of Restriction - NO WAITING Monday to Friday 07.00hrs until 18.00hrs

 

Period of Restriction - From 07:00 hrs on Monday 21st July 2014 until 18:00 hrs on Friday 25th July 2014.(or until the works are complete, whichever is earliest)

 

Reason for Restriction - Carriageway Resurfacing

 

Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except for vehicles engaged in the works)

 

Alternative Route: N/A
