NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-

Name of Road  -  Forbes Avenue and Nan's Terrace, Cumnock

Affected Length of Road  -  Forbes Avenue – in its entirety

                                       Nan’s Terrace – from number 2 to number 26

Nature of Restriction  -  ROAD CLOSURE

Period of Restriction  -  From 07:00 hour on Monday 14^th April 2014 until 18:00 hours on

                                  Thursday 17^th April 2014.

Reason for Restriction  -  Carriageway Resurfacing.

Classes of Vehicles Affected  -  All (except those vehicles engaged in carriageway works or

                                             emergency vehicles requiring access to properties within or

                                             via the closed roads)

Alternative Route: Diverted traffic should proceed via Car Road, McQueen Avenue and vice versa.
