On 16/12/13 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to travel (except for persons engaged on the Footbridge works) on the Footbridge between Ladeside and Brown’s Rd,Newmilns, by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 21/12/13 until 24:00 hrs on 20/06/14, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Alternative Route: via Ladeside, Mill Rd, A71, Craigview Rd and Brown’s Rd, Newmilns and vice versa.
