NOTICE OF MAKING

NOTICE is hereby given that on 14/06/12, East Ayrshire Council made the above-named Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012.

The Orders, which come into operation on 01/07/12, were advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle on 11/04/12 and the Kilmarnock Standard on 13/04/12 and the effect of the Orders is as stated in said notices.
A copy of the Orders and plans relative thereto are available for inspection until 25/07/12 at the following Council Offices:-

Any person who wishes to question the validity of an Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the 1984 Act), the Road Traffic Act 1991, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Acts, or of any other instrument made under the 1984 Act, has not been complied with in relation to an Order may, within six weeks from 14/06/12 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
