THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, EDINBURGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT JUNCTIONS) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 201_ - TRO/12/30

The Council in exercise of their powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3) and 4(2) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended propose to make an Order which will introduce 24 hour waiting restrictions to Dell Road, Spylaw Bank Road and Spylaw Street.

A copy of the draft Order together with (1) a map showing the roads affected, (2) a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order and (3) a copy of the Order to be varied may be examined between the hours of 9:30 am and 3:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays during the period 8/6/12 to 3/7/12 at City Chambers Reception, High Street, Edinburgh.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of objection in writing, quoting reference TRO/12/30 to THE HEAD OF TRANSPORT, SERVICES FOR COMMUNITIES, CITY CHAMBERS, HIGH STREET, EDINBURGH, EH1 1YJ, not later than 3/7/12.
