THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL (EDINBURGH TRAM) (PROHIBITION OF ENTRY, MOTOR VEHICLES AND TURNING, ONE-WAY ROADS, BUS/TRAM PRIORITY LANES AND WEIGHT LIMIT) AND (TRAFFIC REGULATION; RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING, AND PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 201_ - TRO/12/20

The Council in exercise of their powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3) 4(2), 45, 46 and 49 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order which will change the implementation date of the Traffic Regulation Orders governing the Edinburgh Tram Network from 8 October 2012 to 31 January 2014. The roads affected are listed below.

A copy of the draft Order together with (1) a map showing the roads affected, (2) a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order and (3) a copy of the Orders to be varied may be examined between the hours of 9:30 am and 3:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays during the period 8/6/12 to 3/7/12 at City Chambers Reception, High Street, Edinburgh.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of objection in writing, quoting reference TRO/12/20 to THE HEAD OF TRANSPORT, SERVICES FOR COMMUNITIES, CITY CHAMBERS, HIGH STREET, EDINBURGH, EH1 1YJ, not later than 3/7/12.
